Some troughs drain to a cup or drawer, that is emptied and cleaned too, and we’ll show staff where it is.

A long wall canopy may hold several sections of filters. We work along the canopy section by section, with pictures for each.
What happens on the day
We start by comparing what we find with the survey or your pictures. If anything is different, we talk it through with the person on site before carrying on.
