What we collect
If you call, email or use our quote form, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, site type, postcode, your message and any photos you attach. We use them only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and carry out and document any work you book.
How the quote form works
The form sends your details to us by email through our website host (Cloudflare) and our email sending provider. We don’t sell or share your details with anyone else for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry. Records of work we carry out (certificates, reports and photos) are kept as long as needed for our legal, insurance and accreditation obligations.
