What’s TR19?

Do you clean the ductwork as well?
Yes. Ventilation ductwork cleaning to TR19® Air is part of what we do. Cleaning the unit and ducts together often makes sense, and we can survey both on the same visit.
What should I send you?
Where the site is, what it is and when it’s open, along with a few photos and any previous report.
In-house cleaning or a specialist?
Staff cleaning and specialist work are not the same thing. Wiping filters daily and washing them weekly keeps the visible parts in order, but grease that has passed the filters is out of reach. That part needs specialist access and equipment.
If your staff spot something between visits, such as dripping grease, a noisy fan, a smell or a filter that will not come clean, it’s best reported rather than tackled in-house. We’ll take a look and give you a fixed quote.

Units on roofs and in plant rooms can be awkward to reach. Access is planned during the survey, before we quote.
Heating and cooling coils
Because cooling coils run wet, the dirt on them tends to cling. We clean the coil and the tray beneath it together.
How the visit works
We’re used to working while the site is closed. A lot of visits happen overnight or at weekends, so a kitchen or building can carry on as usual the next day.
