What if there aren’t enough access panels?
Those sections are recorded as not cleaned in the report, with the reason. We can fit new access panels so the whole system can be cleaned.
Do you provide a report?
Yes. You get a TR19® certificate and a report with before and after photos. BESA advises keeping certificates in the maintenance log.

In-house cleaning or a specialist?
Some jobs should never be done in-house: opening up ductwork, cleaning fans, drop testing fire dampers and measuring grease need training, the right equipment and safe access. Leave those to us.
